History: LTS was adapted from the Raleigh Christian Community (RCC) LTS created by Pastor Rober Spradley and his team at RCC. Pastor Greg Hester and Pastor Alex Michel along with the New Hope Town Directional Team created this course in 2012 and taught through 2017. It was originally a six week class for All leaders to take before becoming a leader. Later it was adapted to be two three-week classes with the first 3 weeks for any leader with the 2nd 3 weeks focusing on Small Group or "Growth Group" leaders. Your are welcome to use any and all of this material to train leaders to serve Jesus and to extend the Kingdom of God!

Welcome to New Hope Town's Leadership Training School (LTS) web site.  New Hope Town offers an LTS Basics course for ministry leaders and a follow-on course, LTS Growth Groups for Growth Group Leaders. These courses are intensive training periods that will require concentration, discipline, introspection and stick-ability!



LTS Basics

1 Tim 3:1 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task.

This course will last 3 weeks. You'll read 2 books, listen to several audio lessons, attend classroom instruction have discussions and much more.

LTS Growth Group

This course will last 4 weeks. You'll read 4 books, listen to several audio lessons, attend classroom instruction, have discussions and learn how to lead a growth group.
